Who runs Bush and Bay Toys?

We're a very small family run business.  Check out the 'About Us' tab for more info.


Where are you based?

In the sunny town of Bundaberg, Queensland which is a four hour drive north of Brisbane. 


Do you make everything in your store, yourself?

Not everything, but most.  We have a few lines that we source from other talented artisans.


I live in Bundaberg, how does delivery work?

If you live locally (i.e. Bundaberg) delivery is included* when you spend $50 or more. If your total spend is under $50, local pickup will need to be arranged.

*Please be aware that if you live in a suburb quite a distance to my location (e.g. Moore Park Beach, North Bundaberg, Oakwood) then pickup will need to be arranged, or we can meet you at a mutually agreed pickup location.

Please use the code LOCALPICKUP at the checkout to avoid incurring shipping costs.


Where do you post to?

Australia wide!  Unfortunately due to excessive postage costs we currently don't ship internationally.


I have a large order. Can you provide a more economical shipping rate?

Postage can be difficult to calculate.  Should you have a larger order, please get in touch with us with your proposed purchase list and we can provide more accurate postage costs and an invoice via PayPal.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your products have been posted, tracking details will be emailed to you so you can check up on its location at any time.


Do you post the same day that an order is placed?

Most of our products have been premade and simply need to be processed and packaged in which case they'll be sent off within 3 days (often sooner).  Others aren't physically made until they're ordered and paid for in full.  Please check the product description for time frames.


I've got something I'd like made.  Do you accept custom requests?

We don't take on new designs, but we would still love to hear your ideas!  Let us know what you're wanting to have made and you never know, we might just add a similar product to the store.


What's your return policy?

All of our stock is handmade and quality checked prior to shipping.  Due to this we don't accept refunds.  If you feel your products were damaged in transit, please take a photo immediately (i.e. upon opening) and get in touch with us via email - [email protected]

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" so please choose carefully.  Read the product descriptions thoroughly and ask questions before purchasing.  Should you have a question that hasn't been already answered in the product description, please get in touch with us via the contact page.  We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
